Since Running is personal, I can’t answer that question directly, but I can tell you some of the benefits of running in the morning or jogging at night. What matters most is that you try to run consistently. Make it easier on yourself to get into a running habit and run at the times you love the most.

Running when the sun comes up is awesome. For the early bird, an early morning run is just the thing to get the blood pumping and get your mind straight for the day ahead. A run just when the sun comes up is peaceful and quiet. Running in the morning helps me sort out the day ahead, and create a plan for resolving issues.
Don’t forget your safety gear though.
