Goodrich International/Highbeam Shoes, the most innovative and fresh shoes on the planet, Outdoor, and technology products, is seeking a dynamic footwear sales professional who has vision and can lead HB Brand development in districts across the US.
HB is a disruptive brand, that will change the footwear industry in 2020.
The Territory Sales Rep will develop, execute and manage HB's wholesale sales distribution channel strategies in his/her territory.
Desired Skills and Experience A Qualified Territory Sales Representative will have:
Proven track record in developing and building strong sales relationships with retailers, independents, and wholesalers
Territory sales experience in the footwear industry. ·
Ability to build strong business relationships with key accounts and influence key stakeholders.
Business acumen, and the ability and tenacity to set and meet goals.
Identify business opportunities and develop effective strategies to capitalize on them.
Results-oriented and proven accountability.
Passion for sales and brand development.
Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience managing a territory or retail management experience in footwear.
